Tai Chi Workshop with guest instructor Paul Bromley

Hosted by QingLong Tai Chi Arts Society, Vancouver, BC

Paul Bromley teaches all forms taught by Moy Lin Shin including Tai Chi, Lok Hup Ba Fa, Sword, Sabre, and Xing Yi Quan. Now in his third decade of practice, he’s also developed his own system based on his Eastern Internal Arts and Traditional Chinese Medicine training combined with his Western education as an Occupational Therapist. His goal is to help others with their health and wellbeing by delivering his ever-evolving understanding of these arts. For more about Paul Bromley check out his website: http://www.innerhealthtaichi.com/about/

At these workshop sessions, explore in greater depth the inner health of tai chi, and develop a more mindful practice. Paul Bromley will share with us some of his deep knowledge of this internal art. The sessions include some fun warm-ups, foundation moves from other disciplines, and will for sure include Paul’s humour and a fun time for all of us! This is an opportunity to enrich our already great practice.
